There is a plant that has traveled through time, whispered about in ancient temples, painted on tomb walls, and offered to the gods. A flower that once adorned the sacred spaces of Egypt, inviting those who touched it into a deeper state of awareness and rebirth. We’ll gather in a circle of intention, a space where the spirit of the Blue Lotus will guide us through a ceremonial journey – one of remembrance, opening, and transformation.

Step into a realm where time slows and the veils between the seen and unseen grow thin. The blue lotus has long been revered for its ability to awaken the intuition, elevate the spirit, and soothe the nervous system. The ancient Egyptians knew the Blue Lotus as a portal – a key to rebirth, pleasure, and divine connection. They placed it in the hands of the departed, believing its essence would guide them into the afterlife.

We’ll be opening a sacred space, calling in the spirit of the lotus to guide us. From there, we embark on a guided journey – a flight through the lotus realms, allowing its essence to weave into our awareness. This flower is not only of beauty and transcendence – it is also a guide into the depths, into the places within us that long to be seen.

As we sip the tea and allow the medicine to move through us, we invite the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, hidden, or shamed to step forward. This is a space where all of you is welcome. Where the parts of you that long for love, for release, for integration, can be held in the presence of this sacred plant and the container of community.

You may feel emotions rise. Memories surface. Old stories whispering their way back into your awareness. Trust the process. The lotus blooms from the mud – and so do we.

🌿 Shipibo ikaros and medicine songs will anchor us into the medicine realms, their melodies activating the subtle spaces within, shifting us into a different kind of seeing/feeling and rising into the light of the sun and our own consciousness.

🎵 A soundbath will unfold – a symphony of instruments will be leading us deeper into the experience, into the waters of the subconscious where the lotus blooms.

🌀 From this place of openness, we will be invited to sing together, to explore the medicine of our own voices through sacred songs. You are welcome to join in or simply receive, letting the music move through you in whatever way feels true.

🔥 We will close in circle, holding space for integration, for words that wish to be spoken or for silence that wishes to be honored.

Anelia’s path is rooted in a deep devotion to inner alchemy with a particular focus on trauma therapy, emotional liberation and authentic living. She recognized the ways in which childhood wounds, societal conditioning, and inner criticism shape our sense of self and our relationships. This awareness led her to seek out diverse healing practices, ultimately finding a profound resonance in soul retrieval, parts work, somatic attachment therapy, breathwork, energy healing, tantra, plant medicine integration and the subtle energies that influence our inner worlds. She guides individuals in 1-1 sessions and groups through various events and retreats, to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release long-held emotional burdens, and heal the fractured parts of themselves. With a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind, and heart, her work is about fostering radical acceptance, self-compassion, and integration, allowing her clients to step into their power and align with their truest selves.

Jippa has always had a ceremonial spirit and a deep connection to indigenous cultures and practices. From an early age, he was drawn to rituals that expand awareness and deepen the connection to self and nature. When he discovered the sacred traditions of plant-based ceremonies, he felt a sense of homecoming and has been immersed in this path ever since. He has explored various methods of shifting consciousness, including meditation, breathwork, cold immersion, Temazcal, music, and sacred plant traditions. He has taken part in countless ceremonies, both as a participant and a facilitator, drawing inspiration from the eastern philosophy of Zen Buddhism and the ancestral practices of the Shipibo tribe in Peru.

🪷 The Blue Lotus is a gentle yet powerful plant. Its effects are subtle, expanding awareness rather than altering it. However, we recommend giving yourself space after the ceremony before engaging in any tasks that require focus.
