Such violation is legally actionable and will result in legal damages sustained by Anelia Mitova. 2. Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the individual booking. Since we offer a range of mixed services, including 1-on-1 sessions, events, and retreats, the delivery time is agreed upon directly with the client at the time of booking.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

I am here for your appointments whether you turn up or not. A cancelled appointment hurts three people: you, your practitioner, and another client who could have potentially utilized your time slot. The sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for you. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, I am unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client.

The full fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 48 hours advanced notice.

This means that if an appointment is scheduled for 3:00 pm on a Tuesday, notice must be given by 3:00 pm on Sunday at the absolute latest. You can cancel your appointment by sending me an email at info@authenticelement.com titled “Cancellation Session & [Date of the session]”. Thank you for your understanding!

Sessions which are cancelled within the adequate notice of 48 hours prior to the start of a session are eligible for rescheduling or a refund (minus any fees due to money transfers), as per the client’s request.

In the case of a no-show without prior written cancellation within the time frame described above, we reserve the right to retain the full amount paid, and no refund will be possible.

If Authentic Element is unable to deliver the purchased service, course, event, or retreat, the customer will receive a full refund.

4. Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint within 14 days after the completion of the service or event. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@authenticelement.com. We strive to address complaints as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days from the receipt of the complaint.

These terms and conditions are effective as of August 15, 2024, and may be updated periodically.

Terms and Conditions of SALE OF RETREAT & EVENTS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket for any events carried out by “Authentic Element” and co-organizers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with your booking.

2. Participation Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend events (excluding Ecstatic Dance events where minors are also allowed). By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The event involves deep emotional work, and it is essential that participants are in a stable mental state. If you are currently undergoing treatment for mental health issues, please consult with your therapist or healthcare provider before registering.

3. Health and Safety

Your safety is our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation. The event includes activities such as breathwork, movement exercises, and meditation, which can be physically and emotionally intense. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved. If you experience any discomfort or adverse effects during the event, you are encouraged to stop and seek assistance from the facilitators.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to creating a safe and confidential environment for all participants. You agree to respect the privacy of other attendees and not disclose any personal information shared during the event. This includes any discussions, exercises, or experiences that occur during the immersion.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. We aim to foster a supportive and inclusive community, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a positive atmosphere.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Due to the limited number of spaces available and the preparation involved, all payments are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided you notify us in writing before the event. Transfers are subject to approval by the organizers with a reserved right to decline a transfer.

7. Event Changes and Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event if necessary, including changes to the schedule, location, or facilitators. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. The organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

8. Photography and Recording

The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and voice in these materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organizers on the first day of the event.

9. Liability Waiver

By participating in this event, you release the organizers, facilitators, and venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your participation.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or state in which the event is held. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
