Authentic Element uses GDPR compliant AI assisted tools to support administrative tasks and brief session note keeping. These tools require audio recording of sessions.
By using the services “Authentic Element” provides, you acknowledge and consent to your sessions being audio recorded for the purpose of AI assisted note keeping.
If recording is used, you understand that:
- The purpose of recording is limited to supporting session documentation
- Recordings are stored securely for a limited period and then deleted
- Recordings are not shared with third parties
- AI assisted tools do not replace human judgment
- If you do not wish your sessions to be recorded, you may decline recording by informing Anelia Mitova before or at the start of a session. In this case, alternative non recorded note keeping will be used and you may still participate in sessions.

Group sessions rely on participant agreements to respect each other’s privacy. Participants agree not to share names or personal stories of other participants outside group spaces. Absolute confidentiality in groups cannot be guaranteed.

Session notes, if kept, are brief and used only to support continuity of your process.
Authentic Element may use GDPR compliant digital or AI assisted tools to support administrative tasks or note keeping. No session recordings are stored without your explicit consent. AI tools do not replace human judgment and you may request that no AI assisted tools are used in relation to your sessions.
No system is fully risk free, but care is taken to minimize risk.
