Join us on a journey of 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 at the weekend Breathwork Immersion that combines the practices of Breathwork, Embodied Exercises, Transformational Connection (Circling), Inner Parts Work, Conscious Movement/Ecstatic Dance & Meditation. By integrating these approaches, we aim to help you connect with your inner freedom and its various expressions, such as:
👁 Awakening the flow of energy
👁 Opening the body
👁 Accessing authenticity
👁 Discovering your potential
👁 Embracing playfulness
👁 Cultivating genuine connections with others.
Your inner journey during the Immersion can be conceptualized into 5 layers, that describe the gradual process we are striving to facilitate:
- RECOGNIZING LIMITATIONS AND PROTECTIONS
- COMPASSION TO DISCONNECTION FROM THE SELF
- EMBODIED OPENING TOWARD FREEDOM
- INVITING FREEDOM TO EXPRESS THROUGH US
- SHOWING UP IN RELATIONSHIPS IN NEW WAYS

In this fourth edition of Breathwork Immersion, we dedicate our focus to an exploration of freedom. This journey, primarily anchored in the realm of the body, will also integrate the mind to reveal embodied answers to the following questions:
✧ 𝐼𝑛 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑑𝑜 𝑤𝑒 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑏𝑜𝑑𝑦?

As you can see, working toward freedom will involve experiencing various bodily and psychological coping strategies for suppressing our true nature and authenticity. These coping strategies were crucial in helping us adapt to our developmental environment and we want to approach them with compassion. During the immersion, we aim to create space to honor these strategies while also opening pathways to experience more richness, freshness, and aliveness in being ourselves—embodying states that many of us had to abandon years ago.

Finally, we want to address one of the core challenges in inner work: integrating these discoveries into our relationships with others. How can we practice free expression while navigating the complex realities of social norms, expectations, others’ boundaries, and the fear of being judged, misunderstood, or excluded? Through group-focused practices and exercises, we will illuminate these aspects of our journey, providing tools and insights to help you move closer to 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐔𝐏 𝐈𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 𝐀𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐓.

This edition of Breathwork Immersion is designed for individuals yearning to reach their full potential in self-expression, liberate the flow of energies, experience freedom in the world, and co-create genuine relationships.
This experience accommodates both newcomers to the practices offered and seasoned practitioners.
We create a trauma-informed space that strives to offer an atmosphere of safety, allowing participants to delve deeply into the process, even during vulnerable and complex experiences. The program also includes elements that provide opportunities to explore new, courageous ways of being yourself and, when you feel ready, to expand beyond your comfort zone.
If you are uncertain whether this offering is for you, you are welcome to schedule a discovery call with Anelia or Mateusz. You can book it through their websites or contact them directly.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a newcomer, “𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐈𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 ” welcomes participants of all levels of experience. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be part of small pods, fostering a sense of safety and continuity. The connections formed during the event will extend beyond, as you’re invited to continue your journey with your small group after the retreat.
Group work is an intentional and important part of this Immersion. Groups are potent vehicles for transformation as, over the course of a few days, we relax into more safety and trust, allowing for more vulnerability and being seen for who we really are. We believe that such experiences have healing potential that goes beyond doing any type of exercises or therapy, and the structure of the immersion is created in a way to support these processes.

Rooted in the belief that the combination of breathwork, movement, and self-awareness can be a powerful catalyst for personal transformation, we have crafted a unique experience that integrates embodiment, relational dynamics, and introspection. We recognize that the journey of self-discovery and trauma work often focuses on pain, wounds, and dysfunctions, making it difficult for some to recognize pleasure, contentment, and joy. We invite you on a journey where our intention is to find a healthy balance between trauma-oriented exploration and the recognition of our inherent wholeness, celebrating it, and feeling joy and pleasure.
We believe that all our mental structures serve a role and have a purpose, and understanding them is a path towards relaxing into radical self-compassion and opening to deeper love.

𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐳, works as a somatic therapist, Copenhagen-based, and focuses on modalities based on touch, breath, presence, and somatic inquiry. He believes in the intelligence of the body for self-healing and the significance of how developmental trauma shapes our personalities. His training includes BioDynamic Breathwork, Myofascial Energetic Release, Compassionate Inquiry by G. Mate, and Transformational Connection & Surrendered Leadership. He is passionate about dancing, integrating spirituality and contemporary psychology, expanded states of consciousness, and community building with large-group awareness processes. He is the founder of ‘Embodied Release’.
Anelia’s path is rooted in a deep devotion to inner alchemy with a particular focus on trauma therapy, emotional liberation and authentic living. She recognized the ways in which childhood wounds, societal conditioning, and inner criticism shape our sense of self and our relationships. This awareness led her to seek out diverse healing practices, ultimately finding a profound resonance in soul retrieval, parts work, somatic attachment therapy, breathwork, energy healing, tantra, plant medicine integration and the subtle energies that influence our inner worlds. She guides individuals in 1-1 sessions and groups through various events and retreats, to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release long-held emotional burdens, and heal the fractured parts of themselves. With a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind, and heart, her work is about fostering radical acceptance, self-compassion, and integration, allowing her clients to step into their power and align with their truest selves.
