Reiki – Energy Healing

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique, which assists the free flow of life force energy into a being. Everything is made up of energy, including our bodies. Our energetic body is the blueprint upon our physical body is manifested. Therefore a disbalance is first created in the energetic body, before it shows up in the physical body. There are many factors which affect our energy bodies and cause a disharmony, such as: our thoughts, traumas, busy lifestyle, worrying about our well-being, resisting our feelings, feeling unsafe or stressed, being unable to express, feeling like we are never good enough, being afraid of intimacy, not being authentic, not living our purpose, eating unhealthy, etc.

 

If those issues in the energetic body are not addressed, this is when we start to see issues surfacing in our physical bodies and in our minds. Reiki can assist us into aligning with homeostasis, which is the most natural and healthy state of being. It is universal energy which flows where we need it the most and it does so in the most gentle and soft way possible. Reiki promotes general well-being and greatly reduces our stress levels.

During the session, it is common for warmth, tingling, and/or movement to be experienced, as the client draws what is needed. An immediate positive response by clients is almost always expressed. A decrease or elimination of pain is common. Individuals who were previously feeling anxious or stressed often report a high level of relaxation and sense of increased energy and vitality. Reiki has been acknowledged and widely used as an alternative and/or complementary healing therapy in many parts of the world today.

I have personally experienced incredible results in my own life with using Reiki on myself and others. It helped me heal my body from various ailments and it assisted me into healing my addictions. Due to the energetic nature of our universe, a Reiki healing session can be performed both in-person and from distance (meaning we don’t need to be in the same room, in order for Reiki to flow).

Length of the session:

• Initial (first) session – 90 minutes (1.5 hour)
• Standard session – 60 minutes (1 hour)

 

In-person session (currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark)

How is the session conducted?
– It takes place at Cumberlandsgade in Copenhagen, 2300. If for any reason a home-visit is needed in the area of Copenhagen, I am happy to do that as well.
– You will be lying on a massage table, with your clothes on.
– I will lay my hands on different areas of your body and become the channel for the universal life force energy to flow through me.

Distant healing session + Crystal Healing + Tarot Reading (you can be anywhere in the world)

How is the session conducted? Online through Skype or Zoom. As an addition to this type of session, I will conduct crystal healin g by the use of a crystal grid) + a Frequency Tarot reading! Those tools are wonderful additions to the session, as they can really aid your process, by giving you insights and intensifying the energy.
