Nowadays, the field of food and nutrition is a wild jungle – and you can get lost if you don’t know how to navigate it. I certainly got quite confused, as rarely experts and scientific research come to a unified definitive consensus on some issues. I had been struggling with finding the right approach to eating for almost my whole life!
I wondered why don’t we get taught in school how to eat well, to be nourished and healthy… then I went to university to study Global Nutrition and Health! I learned how to be a critical thinker and all my research led me to discover that a plant-based diet appears to be a great choice from a health perspective, but also environmental and ethical.
